You want to stop smoking?
I help you to succeed!
My name is Daniel du Toit

This is how you stop smoking:
1. You prepare yourself psychologically for the D-day
2. You remove the craving for nicotine
3. You follow through with your decision
This is how I help you:
1. I provide you with an eBook that assist you in your BIG step to stop smoking. In this book you and me will first of all determine if you are ready to stop, If you are not ready, then we will start working on getting you ready, which in some cases may take as long as 12 months. Thereafter I explain to you how all this addiction thing came about. You will clearly understand the addiction part as well as the psychological part of smoking and smoke cessation. Then we will proceed with the final preparation and set the date and time of action. Only when you are ready we will go on to the next phase.
2. To remove the craving, we have to stop any nicotine entering your body for a period of at least 72 hours. That is the time that is necessary to for the body to rid itself of most of the nicotine introduced by smoking - or any other means of getting nicotine into your system (patches, gums, sprays, e-cigarettes, etc.).
There are two ways of removing the craving:
a) Will power - you stay without nicotine for 72 hours - not easy, but many ex-smokers have done it.
b) You use my Quit4All Instant Addiction Removal Instrument provided at NO ADDITIONAL COST, airmailed to you if you buy my eBook. With this instrument you stimulate 29 points on your skin (arm, neck, ear, face) which has the effect to remove the craving for nicotine INSTANTLY. The stimulation takes anything from 5 to 15 minutes, depending on how well your body reacts to it. This stimulation is also an effective stress reliever and controls the appetite to prevent uncontrolled eating.
3. The follow through - I hold your hand all the way. I stay in contact with you to make sure that you stay clear of smoking. I support you for as long as you need support, free of charge .
